We are Fashion Studio ('Company' , 'we' , 'us' or 'our'), a company registered in Ireland.

We operate the website www.fashionstudio.irish as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, weather personally or no behalf of an entity, and Fashion Studio concerning your access to and use of the Service. USER REPRESENTATIONS

USER REGISTRATION

You maybe required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim or change a username you select is inappropriate or obscene.

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications and details of the products available on the Services. However we do not guarantee that the colours, features and details will be accurate due to the lightning or all measurements may wary.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

We accept following payments: visa, master card, American express and PayPal

You agree to provide a current and complete purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information including email address, payment method and payment card expiry date so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. All payments shall be in Euros.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our judgement  appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributor. 

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

Fashion Studio is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our webiste.

Fashion Studio reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes thorough electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Fashion Studio and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreement regarding the use of this website.
