How long will it take to receive your order?

For orders within Ireland, you can expect delivery within 1-2 days. For customers outside Ireland but within Europe, delivery typically takes 2-6 days. 

What is your shipping cost policy?

All orders are sent via An Post. Shipping is free for all orders over €80. For orders under €80, standard shipping rates apply, which will be calculated at checkout. For orders outside Ireland will be calculated at the check out.

What is the process for returns and exchanges?
Customers can return items for a refund if the item is not damaged or dirty. Once the return is processed, you will receive your money back and can place a new order for a different size or item if desired.

What are the conditions for returning an item?
